Friendly & prompt service. When I arrived at my room I noticed that the TV remote was missing & when I let staff know at reception, I’d just got back to my room & a lovely staff member arrived quickly & brought another remote. Room was very comfortable & it’s convenient to the airport. I often choose this place as it’s so good.

Basic accommodation but comfortable, clean and tidy. Staff were accommodating, especially as we arrived very late and made sure we got our key easily with easy to follow instructions. Parking can be a bit iffy but so long as you don't impede access you can literally park anywhere if all carparks are taken.

Cleanliness and how close it is was to the rail way line. The variety of items in the room and the fact that they were very honest when we left some things in our room and we were able to go back and get them. So that was a very decent thing for them to do.

Good facilities, mostly clean (see below), comfortable, good blinds, good AC. Good location, quick to CBD, valley or nearby cafes and pubs. Close to airport. No real road noise even though it's at a crossroads. Helpful staff. VERY fast internet.
