The beds were comfortable, and extra blankets were provided in the cupboard. We appreciated the simple kitchen, which allowed us to prepare breakfast and brew coffee. The bathroom was beautiful.

Cleanliness and how close it is was to the rail way line. The variety of items in the room and the fact that they were very honest when we left some things in our room and we were able to go back and get them. So that was a very decent thing for them to do.

Good facilities, mostly clean (see below), comfortable, good blinds, good AC. Good location, quick to CBD, valley or nearby cafes and pubs. Close to airport. No real road noise even though it's at a crossroads. Helpful staff. VERY fast internet.

Location is very good, facilities clean, friendly managers, shower had flexible hose which we liked, there is parking but limited.

Friendly & prompt service. When I arrived at my room I noticed that the TV remote was missing & when I let staff know at reception, I’d just got back to my room & a lovely staff member arrived quickly & brought another remote. Room was very comfortable & it’s convenient to the airport. I often choose this place as it’s so good.
